Abberly at Southpoint allows 3 animals per apartment with the maximum of 2 dogs (no breed restrictions). Sorry, no exotic animals allowed.

No, we do not have breed restrictions.

Yes. There is a one-time fee of $350.00, $100 for additional animals added for up to 3 animals. There is an additional $99.00 fee paid to Lease Protect. Both are non-refundable fees. The monthly animal rent is a flat $25.00 per month, per animal.

Yes, minus any unpaid rent, charges and damages.

Yes, we offer two options: Option 1) Give a 60 day notice to vacate. Pay rent through the end of your current lease. It is our duty to try to re-lease your apartment. If a new resident takes possession of your apartment prior to the end of your lease term, the difference in rent will be refunded to you, minus any concession you received during the lease term. You will receive a statement of charges and this refund within 45 business days. Option 2) Give a 60 day notice to vacate. You may elect to terminate or cancel your lease early and pay a fee equal to 60 days rent plus re-payment of any concessions that you received during your residency at Abberly at Southpoint. This fee must be paid 30 days prior to termination date.

No utilities are included in the monthly rent. We do offer valet trash service at no additional charge.

You have three options on how to report a service request. You can put a work order in online through your Rent Caf account, you can either call/email a service request in to the office, or stop by the office and let us know.

Rent is due on the first of every month. You have until the close of business on the fifth to avoid late fees. After the fifth of the month, all monies must be paid in the form of Cashiers Check or money orders.

You do not accrue late fees until the close of business on the 5th of the month.

You have the ability to pay electronically using your bank account or major credit/debit cards online through our resident portal.

Abberly at Southpoint does not have an afterhours drop box. Payments may be made online after hours through our website or the Rentcafe app.

If they are going to be staying more than 7 days consecutive or twice that in one month, we will need to process a normal application on that person.

There is no reserved parking, but we do offer detached garages for lease. All residents are issued a parking decal. To avoid being towed, visitors must park in visitor parking or get a temporary tag from the office.

All vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas. If you require locked parking spaces, we do offer detached garages for lease. Motorcycles are not allowed in apartments, storage units or breezeways.

You can install a satellite dish within your patio. It may not be adhered to our structure in any fashion and has to be contained within the patio area to meet our guidelines. Proof of Renters Insurance is required equal to $250,000.

Household trash only. No Furniture or large items are permitted and you can be charged for disposal of these items. Chancellor Convenience Center will be happy to take these items. There is no charge to drop off household trash too large for the Trash Compactor. We do it. Its easy to drive to: (1) North on Southpoint Parkway; (2) West on Courthouse Road; (3) North on Leavells Road; (4) West on Harrison Road; and (5) Go one block to Convenience Center on the right.

Yes! We will be happy to accept packages if you are not home. Please keep in mind we are not held responsible for any damages or lost packages. We do reserve the right to refuse acceptance of large and perishable packages. Packages will be returned to sender within 2 weeks of delivery.
