Brandy J. Purvis
Brandy began her career in the apartment industry in 2012, having served as Community Manager of Walden Pond, an HHHunt apartment community in Lynchburg, VA before coming to Abberly at Southpointe. In her role as Community Manager, Brandy manages and leads a team of leasing, customer service, and maintenance professionals, and strive to deliver on our Brand Promises every day. Her number one goal is to ensure that each resident at Abberly at Southpoint receives a consistently high level of satisfaction with our product and our team, and that interactions with our team reflect the Values of HHHunt. Brandy is an active member of the Virginia Apartment Management Association and served on the Roanoke-Lynchburg Regional Apartment Council. In her spare time, Brandy enjoys hiking, spoiling her dog, Savannah, and spending time with family and friends. Brandy holds various industry related certifications and looks forward to the success of the Abberly Southpoint team!
Shannon E. Grimm
Shannon Grimm joined HHHunt in 2016 as a Leasing Consultant at Abberly at Southpoint, and in 2017 was promoted to Assistant Community Manager. Prior to joining the Abberly at Southpoint Team, she worked in customer service and sales. Shannon enjoys the Property Management industry because it gives her the opportunity to make a difference in how people live. She loves meeting new people and greeting them with a smile every day. Her background in customer service makes her a perfect fit to live out our brand promises as she assists both new and current residents. As a native of the Northern Virginia area, she loves the summer and fall seasons. She also enjoys keeping herself engaged as a full-time employee and part time student at Germanna Community College.
Tavon Washington Sr.
Tavon Washington Sr. began his career in the apartment industry when he joined HHHunt as a Leasing Consultant at Abberly at Southpoint in 2018. He brings with him several years of sales and customer service experience. Tavon brings a warm, welcoming smile to the office and is always willing to help! Tavon has lived in the Fredericksburg area his entire life. In his spare time, he loves to fire up his bar-b-que grill and spend time with his family. He truly enjoys meeting new people and getting to know them. He is very excited to be a part of the Abberly at Southpoint Team and help make a difference in how people live.
Allison Cooke joined HHHunt in 2018 as a Leasing Consultant, bringing experience in leasing and property management to the Abberly at Southpoint Team, and where she has the opportunity to create an amazing customer experience. She loves meeting new people and creating relationships with her residents. Her background in Property Management makes her a perfect fit to live our brand promise of being a provider of quality products and services. She is a graduate of James Madison University and enjoys spending time with her husband and her fur babies (two cats and two dogs).
Raul Guerra joined HHHunt in 2016 as Service Manager at Abberly at Southpoint. He began his career in the apartment industry in 2014 and served in various roles including Service Manager and Technician at other area apartment communities. In his position as Service Manager, Raul leads our team of service professionals and manages the daily maintenance operations including: responding to and resolving service requests; maintaining the grounds, building exteriors, and common areas in a superior condition; and ensuring a maintenance free lifestyle that apartment living affords each of our residents. Raul holds HVAC certifications, is a Certified Pool Operator, and is fluent in both Spanish and English. A Fredericksburg resident since 2002, Raul is also involved in the Old Dominion Humane Society, a 501c3 organization dedicated to providing well-matched permanent homes for animals in need through rescue, rehabilitation, and education.
Christopher King joined HHHunt in 2016 as Service Technician at Abberly at Southpoint. He began his career in the apartment industry in 2014 and served in various roles including Grounds Technician and Service Technician at other area apartment communities. In his position as Service Technician, Christopher professionally serves our residents through daily operations including: responding to and resolving service requests; maintaining the grounds, building exteriors, and common areas in a superior condition. He whole heartedly believes that providing quality products and services to our residents will afford them the effort free apartment living lifestyle they deserve. Christopher holds certifications in HVAC and is also a Certified Pool Operator. A Spotsylvania resident his entire life, Christopher enjoys spending time with his son and rebuilding automobiles.
Christopher Virden joined HHHunt in 2017 as Service Technician at Abberly at Southpoint and has a background in construction and customer service. In his position as Service Technician, Christopher professionally serves our residents through daily operations including: responding to and resolving service requests; maintaining the grounds, building exteriors, and common areas in a superior condition. He whole heartedly believes that being a team player will result in achieving his goal to provide quality service to our residents, as they enjoy a carefree apartment living lifestyle. Christopher was born and raised locally and recently relocated from Florida. Christopher enjoys spending time with his children, playing football and cooking gourmet food.
