Victoria Halla

Community Manager

Victoria joined HHHunt in December 2019 as a Leasing Consultant and hit the ground running. She loves everything apartment living has to offer and would love to show you your new home and community. Victoria enjoys organizing community events with the help of her team and the friendly chats with residents here at Abberly Southpoint. As a mother of two, Victoria knows there is nothing ordinary or a “same day routine”. Being in customer service since 2007, Victoria is here to make your stay at Abberly Southpoint a memorable one. In her spare time, Victoria is happy spending time on the couch with her children exploring Netflix or planning an epic adventure with her family and friends.

Vanna Jones

Assistant Community Manager

Vanna joined HHHunt in June 2023 as a Leasing Consultant at Abberly Southpoint. She has worked in customer service roles since 2008 and is excited to assist current and prospective residents with their new apartment home. In her free time Vanna enjoys sewing, knitting, and spending time with her family. A fun fact about Vanna, her favorite movie is the “The Godfather”.

Zoe Simms

Leasing Consultant

Zoe joined HHHunt in August 2023 as a Leasing Consultant at Abberly Southpoint. Zoe has worked in the customer service industry since 2018 and is excited to help our prospective and current residents! As a resident of the Fredericksburg area, Zoe uses her local knowledge to help find your potential forever home or part time stay here at Abberly. In her down time, Zoe loves writing fantasy stories, listening to music, and playing video games. A fun fact about Zoe is she's a lifelong anime lover!

Juana Bernal

Leasing Consultant

Juana began her career with HHHunt in 2018 as a Leasing Consultant at Abberly Avera and transitioned to the Abberly at Southpoint team in 2025. She moved to the United States in 2008 from El Salvador and speaks English and Spanish fluently She also has over three years’ experience as a teacher assistant. Juana is a joyful and reliable person that looks forward to providing great customer service and exceeding our residents’ expectations. In her spare time, Juana likes reading, doing art, and spending time with her family.

Brandon Wright

Service Manager

A native of Maryland, Brandon joined HHHunt in November 2021 as a Service Technician at Abberly at Southpoint. He began his career in maintenance in 2018, bringing with him a strong background in customer service. Brandon is dedicated to providing exceptional service to residents, handling maintenance requests promptly and maintaining the community’s grounds, building exteriors, and common areas to the highest standards. He holds a Universal HVAC certification and earns his Level 3 Service Technician certification in 2024. In recognition of his hard work and commitment, Brandon was promoted to Service Manager in 2025. He lives by the motto, “Teamwork makes the dream work,” and enjoys building strong relationships with both co-workers and residents. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, making and listening to music, and participating in dog shows.

Anthony Garnett

Service Technician

Anthony began his career with HHHunt in September 2023, bringing eight years of experience and knowledge to our Service Team. Anthony is determined not only to learn and be effective but to also create that personal connection with everyone he comes across. Say hi and you will be greeted with a smile and a waive. In his downtime and during summer getaways, he enjoys exploring the outdoors with his daughter and fiancé. Fun fact about Anthony, he is a car enthusiast, ask him anything!
